With proper application, most sets last 1–3 weeks. How long yours lasts depends on your daily activities and how well the nails are prepped and applied.
Check the nail sizing guide — it walks you through measuring each nail so your set fits comfortably.
Yes — that's most of what Pressed Studio does. Head to Custom Sets to share your idea, colours and any inspiration pictures. If I get to come up with the design, or your design isn't quite clear yet, I'll send you a sketch first after you order, so you can still ask for changes before I start on your nails. to share your idea, colours and any inspiration pictures. Every set starts at €20 for a single colour, chrome or cat-eye. Above that there are three levels: €23 for a French and simple designs, €26 for hand-painted details, small 3D or gems, and €29 for very elaborate designs with several techniques. I'll send you the final price after reviewing your request.
Timelines vary depending on design complexity and current order volume — this applies to both ready-made and custom sets, since I only make things to order and don't keep anything pre-made in stock. If you really need a set by a certain date, message me beforehand via email or Instagram so I can check if that's doable.
Yes, all orders ship within the Netherlands.
For now I ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Live somewhere else? Send me a request and I'll see if it's possible.
Yes. Every set is made on a builder gel base, which makes the nails extra strong so you can reuse them several times if you remove them carefully. How to remove and reuse them is explained in the manual included with your order.
Every order comes with an apply kit: nail glue, prep pads, a nail file, a buffer and a wooden cuticle stick. You also get a manual explaining how to apply, remove and reuse your set.
Follow the full instructions in the manual included with your order. Use the apply kit from your order to prep your natural nails, then apply the glue and press each nail down firmly for 10 to 20 seconds.
Follow the steps in the manual included with your order for the best way to remove them without damaging your natural nails. You can also choose to buy a press-on remover to make it easier.
Every set is made based on the measurements you provide yourself, so if a set doesn't fit because the sizing wasn't correct, I unfortunately can't be held responsible for that — always double-check your measurements before ordering. Slightly too big? Gently file down the edge of the nail to make it a little smaller — just be careful to only file the edge, not the polish or design itself. Slightly too small? Press the nail against a glass of warm or hot water for 20 to 30 seconds — the heat softens the material slightly and reshapes the nail, making it a bit bigger. If something is actually wrong with how the set itself was made (quality, finish), get in touch and I'll help sort it out.
Every set is entirely handmade — no templates, no mass production. The price includes your apply kit, and also reflects the care that goes into every design: I take the time to work out every detail properly, so the result looks polished and professional. Every set starts with a builder gel base. That takes extra time and materials, but it makes the nails stronger, so you can reuse them several times instead of throwing them away after one use.
Some designs, like a chunky french tip or larger 3D details, simply don't fit on a very short nail (XS) — there just isn't enough room. For those designs I mark which lengths are available, so you never order a set that won't fit properly on your chosen length.
Not for my sets, extra nails and custom sets: I only make those after you order, based on the measurements and choices you give me. They're made to measure, so the right of withdrawal (14 days to change your mind) doesn't apply, and I don't take them back or exchange them. Please double-check your sizing before ordering: I can't be held responsible for a set that doesn't fit because of incorrect measurements. The apply kit is included with your set and goes with it. Is something wrong with the quality? Get in touch and we'll find a solution together. Everything is explained on the returns page.
Stop wearing them straight away and carefully remove the nails as described in the manual. If the reaction doesn't go away quickly or gets worse, contact your GP. If your face swells or you're short of breath, call 112. You can read more on the safety page.
No. TPO has been banned in nail products in the EU since 1 September 2025, and HEMA may only be used by professionals in nail products. That's why I work with products without either. You can read more on the safety page.
